They have experience of managing intellectual property and innovation both within and outside of the NHS and have access to advisors, lawyers and patent attorneys who are experts in this field. You can therefore be assured that even the most complex agreements between your company and our client Trust will proceed smoothly.

Knowledge of regional NHS capabilities

When you contact MidTECH, we will assess which Trusts and clinicians in the region will be best placed to work with you based on your requirements. This will save you time and effort.
